We recommend that you book your desired treatment in advance.

Treatments / Booking information and policies

Appointments must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance so that the missed appointment can be covered.

If you do not cancel within 24 hours of your appointment, we reserve the right to charge you the full amount.

Kann eine Teilnehmerin / Teilnehmer nicht an der Academy partizipieren, werden die CHF 300.- Anzahlung nicht zurückerstattet. Der Kurs kann innerhalb von 6 Monaten absolviert werden. Nach dieser Frist verfällt die Anzahlung.

Arrival

If possible, we recommend that you arrive 10 minutes before the start of your treatment so that you can relax beforehand.

Arriving late

Please understand that for some treatments, delays may be deducted from the treatment time, otherwise the entire schedule will be disrupted. However, we will endeavour to carry out the booked treatment correctly and properly.

Please inform us about your health as soon as possible and answer our questionnaire truthfully. This information is for internal use only and will be treated confidentially.

Vouchers, promotions, offers

Actions, special offers, promotions are always on, facebook.com, Instagram.com and are advertised accordingly. The validity of the offers is limited. Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. Discounts cannot be combined and the voucher value or promotions cannot be paid out in cash.

Prices / Payment

You can view the current prices at any time on beautywithrey.ch under the respective treatments. Prices subject to change, all prices in Swiss francs (including VAT). All services and products can be paid for in cash, with all major credit cards, or via TWINT. We do not issue invoices for services already provided.

subscription

Treatment subscriptions are personal and non-transferable. They are valid for 18 months from the first treatment, meaning that all treatments must be received within this period. After this period, all claims expire. The subscription can be suspended in the event of pregnancy, illness or accident. The information, including the presentation of a doctor's certificate, must be provided before the desired suspension date. Reimbursement for treatments not received is excluded.

Warranty

Methods and products tailored to the needs are used for facial and body treatments. No guarantee can be given regarding tolerability and success. This is particularly true if questions in the preliminary consultation were not answered adequately or truthfully by the customer.

Liability

The liability of Beautywithrey-Academy GmbH is limited to gross negligence and intentional acts. Claims for damages expire three months after the contractually agreed termination of the treatment, unless the claims are asserted within this period.

Return / Refund

Refunds for products, services and subscriptions are only possible in the form of vouchers. No cash payments are permitted.

Products can only be returned if they have manufacturing defects.

The packaging and the products can only be returned if they are not damaged.

Behave

In order to provide our guests with a place of peace and quiet, we ask that noise in the waiting and relaxation area be kept to a minimum. We ask that mobile phones, pagers and other electronic devices be switched to silent mode. Smoking is strictly prohibited in our studio.
